1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Meeq (meeq.ai), operated by Claritics LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Meeq is an AI-powered customer support platform that allows businesses to deploy AI chat agents on their websites and other channels. The service includes a widget, help center, inbox, and analytics dashboard.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Meeq for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual property
Meeq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Claritics LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload to the service remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
Claritics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of Claritics LLC, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
